Important Announcement - We've Changed Our Operational Hours

From Monday 2nd July 2018 we have expanded our Monday to Friday opening hours extending the working day from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. In addition, our Saturday phone support service now operates 9.00 a.m. - 12 midday and we are closed on Sundays.

Not for Profit Criminal Records Checks

Not for Profit organisations in line with The Office of the Third Sector guidelines are required to apply comprehensive vetting processes on volunteer and paid staff, including criminal record checks. Some roles may be exempt from the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) formerly the Criminal Records Bureau (DBS), Disclosure Scotland or Access NI fee, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria.
